Roasted Cauliflower or Ghost Florets
Ingredients:
1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp turmeric
Salt & pepper
Halloween Option: Greek yoghurt and black sesame or olives for “eyes”
Method:
Heat oven to 200°C.
Melt oil as the oven is heating in the roasting dish you’re using.
Toss florets with oil, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper.
Roast 25–30 minutes until golden on the edges.
Optional: dot with Greek yoghurt and sesame “eyes” to make spooky ghost faces — a fun Halloween platter for kids.
