A delicious way to indulge in a ‘sweeter’ dark chocolate.  Add the flavours which make your tastebuds tingle.

Ingredients

100g 70% (or over) dark chocolate

120g tahini

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Optional extras – bee pollen, coconut, orange zest, sea or Himalayan salt, dried raspberries or raspberry powder)

Method

Melt chocolate, I place my dark chocolate pieces into a glass bowl, place this in a pot of simmering water, stir until melted.

Remove the glass dish from the heat, stir in tahini.  Mix well.

Sprinkle your ‘flavour’ into the bottom of your silicone moulds & then top with your chocolate mix.

OR put baking paper on top of a tray & spread the chocolate mix onto the flat surface, top with the flavours of your choice.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.  Remove from moulds or break into bite sized pieces.  Store in the fridge.
