When you’re feeling; busy, overwhelmed, hormones feel unstable, hungry/not hungry – this is the smoothie for you.
In a Nutribullet or blender, whizz together;
1 banana
Coconut water
1 Tbsp pea protein powder
1 Tbsp collagen powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
Drink & go.
Energy up.  Hydration maintained.  Hunger in check (until you know what you really want to eat).  Overwhelm feels manageable.
