Ingredients:
β’ 2 fennel bulbs
β’ 1 orange
β’ 1 tbsp coconut oil
β’ 1 tsp honey
β’ salt + pepper

Method:
Heat roasting dish & coconut oil at 180C. Slice fennel into wedges. Arrange with orange slices in the roasting dish. Toss with the melted coconut oil. Drizzle with honey. Roast at 180Β°C for 30β35 minutes until caramelised and tender.
